In 25+ years of experience working with top startup teams and accelerators around the world, SMP has deep knowledge in working with the typical challenges that meet early stage startups on their journey.
The early stages of startup strategy and planning, tend to define the potential level of success that a startup can achieve. If these early stages are not managed effectively, then the startup has little chance of true success. And we have seen, time and time again, massive lack of focus on a broader set of these goals and process that kills their future.
